I second some of the advice you got - you only have 4 days on the ground, and imo, your time will be better spent on the main island of eleuthera - definitely would forgo a day trip to Nassau, and personally would forgo the harbor island trip - but since you are in Rainbow, it won't be as much of a trek as it would be if you were staying someplace more south - like governors harbor or savannah.
